It covers builds, approved Figma → WordPress work, Gutenberg / ACF, WooCommerce, custom functionality, client revisions, technical fixes, performance, QA, staging, deployment and launches.

Working agreement
- Availability
- Monday–Friday, based in Collingwood, Ontario (Eastern Time).
- Response time
- Within one business day — same-day for reserved-capacity partners on urgent items.
- Communication
- Weekly written status update and a shared ticket board (Slack/email + Trello, Jira or GitHub Issues).
- Capacity policy
- Monthly hours with up to 10% rollover; additional capacity can be added by arrangement.
- Continuity
- Version-controlled code, staging environments and written handoff docs on every build.
- Billing
- Reserved capacity invoiced monthly in advance; project work on milestones. Net-15 terms.
